1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the PlanSketch UK mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

PlanSketch UK is a mobile application that allows users to create floor plans for properties. The App is provided by Evermind Tech Ltd ("we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in England and Wales.

3. User Accounts

Some features of the App may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Free and Premium Features

The App offers both free and premium features. Premium features require a paid subscription ("PlanSketch Pro").

4.2 Billing

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

4.4 Refunds

All purchases are processed through Apple and are subject to Apple's refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Content

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Evermind Tech Ltd and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any floor plans and content you create using the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the App's functionality.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation
  • Copy, modify, or distribute the App without authorization
  • Use the App to create content that infringes others' rights

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EVERMIND TECH LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date.
